For growth roles, the hiring process differs slightly. We're focusing on product marketing, communication, writing, funnel thinking, and working with the team.
Screening Call
This is a quick intro call to get to know you, chat about your application, motivation, and answer any questions you might have.
Remote, 20 minutes
Founder Call
You will have a deeper conversation with a founder or product marketing leadership about your background, motivation, and how you think about growth at Langfuse.
Remote, 40 minutes
Deep Dive
We will go deep on product marketing, writing, PLG, or funnel work. In many cases, we'll send a challenge in advance and discuss your preparations during the call.
Remote, 60 minutes
Super Day
You will spend a half or full day with the team, working through real topics that are close to the work you would do at Langfuse.
In office when possible, remote in some cases, half or full day
